Home Vault Venture Incorporated, is a platform founded by Carolina Mendez-Fernandez, a Dominican-American entrepreneur born and raised in the Dominican Republic and currently live in New York, United States of America.

Carolina has worked since she was 17 years old in different fields such as Administrative Assistant, Demographic Analysis of Population, Real Estate Salesperson, Main Office of her family Supermarkets Network, Real Estate Consulting, Foreman Assistant for Skyscraper Construction Superstructure Field, Wholesaler Consultant, and Stock Market Investment.

Her studies are in the fields of Electrical Engineering Basics (UTESA, Santiago D. R.), Business Administration, Management and Economics (CUNY, Borough of Manhattan Community College and City College of New York) working and studying for over 10 years in the USA, also a single Mom from a very young age, she became extremely concerned for the future of her and other people’s children when she realized the housing issues that most young adults are experiencing for many years, she conceived a way towards a disruptive idea of creating a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) pool savings account designed to empower individuals by helping them save specifically for homeownership. The clients grow their savings until they are ready to move into their own homes. This innovative approach ensures accessibility, security, and long-term financial growth, supporting clients throughout their journey to homeownership.
